FACIAL CARE.

Your expressions and habits are part of your personality go by. If you frown a great deal and raise your eyebrows and wrinkle up your forehead, the folds in your skin will eventually lead to wrinkles and lines that get deeper as you get older and the underlying structure of your skin loses its elasticity and firmness. Laughing and smiling may eventually add wrinkles round the eyes and mouth. However, it is a good idea to exercise your face muscles, just as you do those of your body, not only to try and help firm up the supportive muscles of your face, but also to make yourself more conscious and aware of your facial mobility. The facial exercises appear funny in front of others, so do it in front of mirror while you are alone and repeat each of them 10 times.
Double chin-
1-Open your mouth wide, tilting your head backward. Now try to bring up your lower lip to close your mouth, feeling the pull round the jaw line and move your mouth in chewing position.
2-Sit straight and look up to the ceiling, stretching your neck, then purse your lips and stretch your face as you are kissing the ceiling, then turn your face at right shoulder, return head to front and then on your left shoulder. Return head to front position again and lower chin to normal position before repeating exercise.
3-Look straight ahead into the mirror and make a face as if you had eaten something horrid, clenching your teeth and stretching the corners of your mouth in a grimace. Hold the position while you count to five, before relaxing.
Eye exerciser.
1-Sit with you’re head and chin level, looking straight ahead. Without moving your head, roll your eyes in a clockwise direction six times, then six times in an anti-clockwise direction.
2-Focus your gaze on an object on the other side of the room and then alternately on one nearby. Now look up and down and from side to side, without moving your head.
Nose to mouth lines.
1-Puff out your cheeks. Relax. Then puff out your cheeks again. Repeat 10 times.
2-Purse your lips and puff out your cheeks. This time press three fingers either side of cheeks, still keeping the air inside. Count to 10 and then relax, repeat it several times.
3-Stand in front of the mirror and look straight ahead. Say woo-oo-oo, pursing up your lips and breathing out, then relax. Repeat it 10 times.

1. Facial is the process by which one cleans and condition the skin .The process not only leaves your skin tingling clean ,fresh and glowing ,it also relaxes you and provides a psychological beauty boost, so that you feel the better for it. The process includes special and deep cleansing of the pores ( including steaming your face );removal of black heads ;brushing with an electric brush and a scrub to remove the dead cells; massaging the skin to increase circulation ;applying a masque to close the pores and tighten the skin ;using a warm masque to moisturize dehydrated areas ;and a final oil or a moisturizer as the finishing touch .You will feel as if some one has given you a new skin.

In facial special treatment, aromatherapy, which uses pure essential oils for specific therapentic purposes, cathiodermie and ozone treatments, which uses electrical currents to diffuse oxygen in to the skin and lift impurities out and freezing facials which use carbon dioxide because it evaporates on contact with the face and acts like a super –efficient astringent on oily and acne-prone skins .Such facials are excellent for the skin but can be considered a luxury.

2. A great many skin problems can be blamed on inadequate cleansing or too-harsh cleansing .Faces react to facials indifferent ways. The one you should choose depends on your type of skin. Choose your risible cleanser according to your skin type. Facial scrubs will probably be recommended for oily, spotty skins and may contain antiseptic .Creamy lotion risible cleansers could be for normal dry and older skins. Face masks are stimulating to skin improving the color and also acting as a cleanser and gentle dead cell peeler-more or less, depending on the mask.

Clay made mask are usually suitable for oily skins. Peel off masks is also better. Medicated lotions, resembling fresheners, contain ingredients to degrease the skin and clear away cell build-up at the pore opening to discourage black head. These are not good for older skins because they can cause excessive dryness. Although professional facials are excellent but one can do them at home easily. For this we need ,cleanser; eye make up remover , facial scrub, cotton wool , oven proof bowl , hot water , towels, astringent, facial oil, face pack, moisturiser.1- cleanse your face and remove all your make-up2- While your skins still damp, massage in your facial scrub. Cleaning your entire face (except for the eye) is sure to include your “lip line” black head often hide there.

3. Now have a steaming session to push out ingrained dirt and grease. Half fill an oven proof bowl with boiling water and add your herbs if any lean over the bowl (Keeping at least 15cm away from the water), than use a towel to make a tent over your head which will trap the steam in for the sauna effect. Stay under the towel for a few minutes- five if you can stand it.

4. While your skin is moist and your pores are open, you can try to remove a black head that seems to be near the surface of your skin (leave other alone) take your finger tips and gently squeeze the black head-first from two direction then from the other two directions don’t squeeze hard or you will end up with broken capillaries. If you cannot get the blackhead out, leave it alone.

5. Now it is a time for a massage with your facial oil .This massage will help improve the circulation and tone up your skin plus it is a way to apply a treatment oil .Sweet smelling natural plant oils can be a great way to treat your skin, especially when you combine it with a facial massage. Each type of oil has a different property, so choose the one most beneficial to your particular skin problem.

6. Rinse your face with cool water to close your facial pores .Then pat dry and apply your face pack. A mask temporarily tightens and plumps up your skin so your pores are less visible and your face looks cleaner and fresher than before .Depending on which pack you choose, it can be moisturizing, healing, exfoliating or soothing. So take your pack carefully.

7. Rinse again, and then follow up with a generous helping of moisturizer. That’s it .Your home facial should take about thirty minutes .Set aside this private time to take special care of your skin .Do it when you are at home alone .When you are not in hurry .Turn on some soothing music .Do not answer the phone . Enjoy your moments alone and heal your skin at the same time.
